Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Milan, Italy. As a key member of our Southern European Sales Region, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer interactions and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through timely and effective communication.
  • Ensure accurate and efficient order processing and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maintain strong relationships and resolve customer complaints.
  • Support the logistics team to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an international retail organization.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken) and French as a plus.
  • Additional language skills specific to the substructure/market (native/or near-native), written and spoken.
