Technical Customer Care Specialist

Purpose of the role is to serve as the primary technical point of contact for Subsidiaries, Customers, and Service Centers on De'Longhi products, providing technical support and expertise on products from other Group brands (Kenwood, Braun, Ariete, Nutribullet).

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical assistance to customers, distributors, subsidiaries, and service centers.
  2. Develop and maintain technical documentation for the website, training, and after-sales activities.
  3. Collaborate with Area Managers to support discussions with local Customer Care Managers, including onsite visits and conference calls.
  4. Analyze market feedback and work with Quality and R&D to identify solutions and product improvements.
  5. Support the spare parts supply chain to ensure compatibility and correct assemblies.
  6. Contribute to product development by analyzing serviceability, comparing with similar products, and reviewing post-launch performance.
Job Requirements

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Technical Secondary School Diploma (preferably in electric/electronic fields).
  2. Proficiency in English and Italian, with strong written and spoken communication skills.
  3. Proficiency with standard software tools.
  4. Customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
  5. Ability to learn quickly, with high flexibility and adaptability.
  6. Strong team player with problem-solving approach.
