We are seeking a skilled Sales and Marketing Professional to join our team at TN Italy. As an Inside Sales & Trade Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales business and driving growth.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of success in inside sales, trade support, or similar roles. A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, along with minimum 2 years of experience in the industry.
Main Responsibilities- Provide inside sales support by answering customer inquiries, quotes, and claims.
- Facilitate communication between sales agents and internal departments to ensure a proper information flow.
- Generate sales performance reports and metrics to support decision-making.
- Create shelf & assortments for DIY & retail customers.
- Develop POS material and in-store activation.
- Prepare presentations for the launch of new products & assortments.
- Organize tradeshows and sales meetings.
- Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inside sales, trade support, or similar.
- Fluent in Italian, with professional knowledge of English (B2) (tested during the interview).
- Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for building long-term relationships.
- Minimum experience in related market field considered a plus.
