We're seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our team as a Marketing Manager CDMO, responsible for driving business development efforts and revenue growth within the pharmaceutical industry.

This exciting opportunity requires an accomplished marketer to leverage their expertise in generating new customer leads, analyzing market trends, and developing impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to attract new customers and foster strong relationships with existing ones, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends, applying expert knowledge to inform marketing strategies and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement impactful marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI and efficiency.
  • Evaluate and communicate the success of marketing initiatives to stakeholders, ensuring alignment and informed decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical market, identifying opportunities for differentiation and competitive advantage.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience in similar roles within the CMO/CDMO or services to Pharma industry, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  • A university degree preferably in the scientific domain, with a Master's in Business/Marketing Management, providing a solid foundation for strategic decision-making and leadership.
  • A strong marketing performance history across web, e-commerce, seminars, conferences, and digital channels, with expertise in leveraging multiple platforms for maximum impact.
  • An advanced level of business English is essential; additional European languages are an advantage, facilitating effective communication with international clients and partners.
