Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Marketing professional to lead our revenue growth initiatives at Hyatt Centric Milano Centrale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Leadership: Direct leadership of the sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, demand generators, supply/demand, and economic factors affecting hotel performance to inform business decisions.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement annual marketing plans to drive direct business and increase market share across all revenue streams.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
  • 6 years or more of progressive hotel sales experience (typically with hospitality field).
  • Strong marketing background.
  • Availability to travel worldwide and handle/manage different market/segments.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds.
