Job Title: Sales and Marketing Leader

Job Summary: The Westin Palace, Milan seeks a highly motivated Sales and Marketing Leader to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for proactively soliciting and managing group/catering sales opportunities, identifying new business prospects, and developing strategic partnerships to maximize revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
  • Foster strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and customer service
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:

  • 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or related field
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
