Sales Associate Role

As a Sales Associate at Hermès, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, fostering strong relationships, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized support to clients, ensuring a memorable and engaging experience.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, services, and brand heritage.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, novelties, and company procedures.
  • Participate in events and activations, showcasing our brand's values and aesthetic.

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as fashion or linguistics.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with a third language considered an asset.
  • Previous experience in direct sales, preferably in a luxury goods boutique.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
