UPS is a fast-growing company with a focus on innovative possibilities and rewarding culture. We are looking for an experienced Operations Team Leader to join our UPS Healthcare Italia division in Somaglia, Italy.
As an Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in managing warehouse processes, inventory, and customer service & data management activities. You will also ensure compliance with EU GMP/EU GDP guidelines and manage operational aspects of the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals in managing warehouse processes
- Ensure compliance with EU GMP/EU GDP guidelines
- Manage operational aspects of the warehouse
Requirements:
To succeed as an Operations Team Leader, you should have a strong understanding of GMP and/or GDP guidelines. A minimum of 2 years' experience in warehousing is required, along with knowledge of various computer systems and the ability to work within time-limits. Experience in supervision is also desirable.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of approximately €60,000 per year, plus excellent onboarding and continuous training opportunities. Our 'promotion from within' policy means many opportunities to progress and grow within the company. Type of contract: permanent.
