Location: Milan

The Employee Relations Manager will assume comprehensive leadership and supervisory duties, providing operational guidance and direction to teams. This role encompasses full supervisory responsibilities, focusing on the motivation and development of team members through effective leadership. Key responsibilities include:
  • Conducting performance evaluations and managing compensation
  • Overseeing hiring processes, disciplinary actions, and terminations
  • Directing daily operational tasks and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
In this capacity, you will collaborate with the HR Country Officer and the organization to:
  • Implement employee relations strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Coordinate compliance with labor relations policies and practices
  • Manage HR projects effectively
  • Engage in negotiations and dispute resolution with various stakeholders, including employees, unions, and governmental bodies
  • Oversee HR employee life cycle events and processes
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • Expertise in managing HR employee life cycle events
  • Experience in an international work environment
  • Fluency in both Italian and English

Education:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Employment Law is required.

Employment Type:
Full-time, Fixed-term contract. Compensation to be determined.

Work Availability:
Full-time availability is required.
