We are seeking a highly skilled Omnichannel Operations Manager to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless integration between our retail and e-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and coordinate retail operations projects, streamlining store routines and enhancing customer interactions.
- Guarantee effective integration between retail and e-commerce channels, aligning with our omnichannel service model.
- Partner with IT and suppliers to develop analytical tools and performance measurement metrics for omnichannel reporting and KPIs.
- Develop and communicate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for retail operations, including back-of-house organization and omnichannel orders.
- Work closely with e-commerce and digital teams to set and oversee marketplace omnichannel flows and monitor results.
- Implement and oversee online-to-offline services, such as online booking and returns cross-channels.
- Coordinate standard operations audits at a worldwide level, ensuring excellence in both offline and online channels.
- 6-8 years of retail operations experience.
- University degree.
- Fluent English, with other languages a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of omnichannel flows and services.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to influence local markets and improve execution.
- Excellent organizational, management, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Track record of establishing and implementing processes and strong execution.
- Availability for business travel.
