Job Title: PMO Specialist

Pluxee, a global leader in employee benefits and engagement, is seeking a skilled PMO Specialist to join its team in Milan, Italy. As a trusted partner in a highly interconnected B2B2C ecosystem, Pluxee operates in 31 countries and helps companies attract, engage, and retain talent through a range of solutions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing the business needs of the organization and developing business models that integrate with existing and emerging technologies. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business needs and develop business models that integrate with existing and emerging technologies.
  • Provide guidance on process improvement and technology adoption.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Conduct requirements gathering and analysis to ensure project deliverables meet business needs.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including business cases, project plans, and status reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, technical teams, and vendors.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a PMO or business analysis role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Experience with project management tools, such as Jira and Confluence.
