We are seeking a highly skilled Formula Development Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating all activities aimed at the development and/or improvement of cosmetic formulations and related production methods.
Main responsibilities:
Key Account Management
Collaborate with the Sales function to manage customers, including preliminary and feasibility analysis and final formula development.
Product Development
Work with the Final Product Design and Manufacturing Process Industrialization functions to develop bulk production processes with a focus on scalability.
Quality Assurance
Coordinate with Quality Control and Regulatory Affairs functions to verify and ensure compliance of developed formulas.
Project Management
Ensure the realization of development objectives and the execution of plans and programs within the defined time, cost, and manner.
Innovation and Process Improvement
Introduce and promote the use of advanced equipment and instruments to improve working methods.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in color cosmetics
- Good knowledge of English language
- Ability to communicate at all levels both internally and externally
- Willingness to travel
