The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and growing business opportunities, presenting innovative ideas, and working collaboratively with our Research and Development team to deliver high-quality products on time.
The successful candidate will be a team player with a can-do attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities will include:
- Proposing new ideas for textures, designs, and shades, and participating in the improvement of our existing product portfolio
- Collaborating with R&D to study new launches, including new concepts, ingredients, and textures
- Staying up-to-date with the latest beauty and lifestyle trends to identify opportunities for new products, variations, and ideas
- Developing shade proposals based on trends and client briefs
- Maintaining and organizing our color library
- Identifying, selecting, and testing new raw materials with suppliers
- Conducting market analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Providing marketing support by developing marketing sheets and presenting products to clients
- Developing new ideas and blue-sky projects
- Requiring a Bachelor's Degree as a minimum and at least 2 years of experience in makeup product development, with expertise in color perception and color matching skills, as well as knowledge of technologies
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work autonomously
- Effective workload planning, respect of deadlines, and ability to define priorities and manage stress in a dynamic and demanding environment
