About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the VMware by Broadcom portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive sales growth and market share expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies, including solution selling and service offerings.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the VMware by Broadcom portfolio and its applications in the data center and infrastructure software space.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in the IT industry with channel and/or vendor at a business development level.
  • Good level of knowledge of data center and software enterprise.
  • Good emotional intelligence, influence, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Skilled multi-level relationship builder.
  • High energy and motivation.
  • Strong orientation towards and experience in services and solution selling.
  • Strategic planning and business case development.
