About the Role:

TD SYNNEX is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to drive growth and profitability in the VMware by Broadcom portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data center and infrastructure software, as well as experience in negotiation and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize sales results by identifying new vendor opportunities and executing business development initiatives.
  • Develop customer value propositions and create unique selling points to drive sales growth.
  • Take solution and service offerings to market, including TaaS, to drive revenue and market share.
  • Own quarterly vendor business planning and execution to drive growth and profitability.
  • Enable sales teams to win and grow share of wallet and market share.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in the IT industry with channel and/or vendor at a business development level.
  • Good level of knowledge of data center and software enterprise.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Skilled multi-level relationship builder.
  • High energy and motivation.
  • Strong orientation towards and experience in services and solution selling.
