Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Client Advisor to join our team at Etro's boutique in Florence. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, spreading the philosophy and culture of the Brand, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide customers with a high-quality service experience by meeting their needs and expectations, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of Etro's products and history.
  • Sales Support: Assist customers with the Etro selling ceremony and provide advice on general trends in the fashion world and developments in the luxury market.
  • Business Development: Ensure the achievement of store goals, enhance and develop the business, and build and strengthen relationships with customers through CRM strategies.
  • Visual Merchandising: Contribute to managing the visual display of products in accordance with Etro's visual guidelines.
  • Inventory Management: Help ensure the replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise.

Requirements:

  • Passion for Fashion: Deep passion for fashion and luxury.
  • Experience: Experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
  • Commercial Awareness: Ability to drive and exceed individual and store results, with excellent commercial awareness and customer attitude.
