Role Overview

L'Alpiq Energia Italia S.p.A., un'importante organizzazione nazionale del gruppo svizzero Alpiq, è alla ricerca di un professionista con esperienza in Asset Management per una posizione da Asset Manager Renewables Italia.

Responsabilità
  • Gestire tutti gli aspetti contrattuali, obblighi ed adempimenti relativi ai contratti assegnati (ad esempio O&M agreements, LTSA, SLA, Energy Management) in accordo alle linee guida e strategia di Gruppo, coinvolgendo i dipartimenti interessati e garantendone un adeguato coordinamento;
  • Mantenere i contatti con il dipartimento Finance per le attività di accounting, taxes, treasury, planning, controlling & reporting e nella preparazione dei bilanci e altri rapporti e dichiarazioni rilevanti per le società assegnate;
  • Supportare il dipartimento Legal su tematiche tecnico-normative che riguardano le Asset Companies e sulle attività di Corporate Governance, in particolare nella preparazione del materiale per i Consigli di Amministrazione;
  • Gestire i contratti di Project Finance specifici (in particolare su reportistica, calcolo covenant, aggiornamento modelli finanziari) interfacciandosi anche direttamente con gli istituti bancari;
  • Monitorare la normativa in vigore e sue evoluzioni in riferimento alle incentivazioni e correlati (certificati bianchi, convenzione GRIN, cogenerazione ad alto rendimento, incentivi fotovoltaici, garanzie di origine);
  • Predisporre i business plan ed i budget per le società assegnate con l'obiettivo di massimizzare la profittabilità degli asset;
  • Gestire l'interfaccia con gli O&M Operators degli impianti per il supporto nella gestione di aspetti tecnici;
  • Verificare e monitorare periodicamente l'energy metering degli impianti gestendo direttamente i processi di fatturazione attiva al fine di garantire il regolare flusso dei ricavi alle società;
  • Verificare i report tecnici e richiedere ulteriori chiarimenti qualora necessario per garantire un adeguato monitoraggio delle performance degli impianti. Collaborare con le aree tecniche per garantire la disponibilità di risorse per implementare le iniziative di miglioramento;
  • Gestire gli adempimenti previsti con l'utente del dispacciamento, con il mercato, con il gestore della rete, con il regolatore e/o con altre istituzioni in merito ai requisiti contrattuali o di mercato;
  • Gestire le relazioni con i principali stakeholders delle società assegnate e coordinarne le attività in caso di adempimenti autorizzativi e/o adeguamenti;
  • Gestire i rapporti contrattuali con i proprietari terrieri per i diritti superficie degli assets e garantire il rispetto degli obblighi economici in essere.
Requisiti
  • Laurea in uno dei seguenti ambiti: economia dei mercati finanziari, economia e commercio, ingegneria gestionale;
  • Esperienza di almeno 4/5 anni in aziende operanti nel settore delle energie rinnovabili di cui almeno 2 in ruolo equivalente;
  • Ottima conoscenza delle norme che regolano il mercato finanziario;
  • Ottima capacità di analisi ed interpretazione dei dati;
  • Ottima padronanza delle tecniche di asset allocation e risk management;
  • Buona attenzione e capacità di lettura degli aspetti normativi regolamentati;
  • Predisposizione al lavoro in team ed alla relazione con i diversi referenti interni ed esterni;
  • Buona capacità di problem solving;
  • Ottima conoscenza dei sistemi operativi (Office, Sap);
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (livello B2 minimo);
  • La conoscenza della lingua tedesca costituisce un plus.
