We're seeking a skilled Data Onboarding Specialist to join our team at DSCOVR.
As a key member of our product team, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless SaaS implementation and delivery for our clients.
This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the technical onboarding process for new clients, including data requirements discovery and platform configuration.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal stakeholders regarding troubleshooting of platform, integration, and configuration issues.
- Collaborate with clients' operations teams to optimize datasets for information exchange using the DSCOVR API.
- Build strong relationships with clients as a trusted advisor to ensure long-term success.
- Monitor client satisfaction and contribute to strategies to enhance platform performance and adoption.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Italian and English.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role within SaaS, CRM, or HR technology.
- Strong skills in data manipulation using ETL and SQL.
- Basic knowledge of DBT (Data Build Tool).
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience with API integrations and web technologies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
