Your Role
We are in search of a motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our team, focusing on the US market. Your primary responsibilities will include enhancing revenue from existing clients, minimizing churn rates, and nurturing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
You will report directly to the Head of Customer Success and will be tasked with:
- Initiating calls aimed at upselling and cross-selling, by suggesting upgrades and subscriptions to maximize customer benefits from iubenda's services;
- Proactively engaging with current clients to confirm their satisfaction with their subscriptions and addressing any concerns;
- Guiding clients in selecting the most suitable solutions for their needs, assisting with the onboarding of new services, and facilitating renewals;
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing position;
- Native-level proficiency in English;
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Excel;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- A customer-centric mindset, demonstrating patience and strong interpersonal abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Additional advantages include:
- Proficiency in any additional language (preferably Italian, Dutch, or Danish);
- Experience with a CMS tool (such as WordPress or Shopify);
- Familiarity with Google Tag Manager;
- A solid understanding of GDPR regulations;
- Soft skills such as teamwork and the ability to simplify complex topics.
Work Environment
At iubenda, we embrace a fully remote work culture. You have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world. Alternatively, if you prefer an office setting, we have locations available for hybrid work.
