Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify, prioritize, and resolve all requests sent to product support;
  • Manage customer expectations to optimize the perception of quality in processing;
  • Ensure proactive and exemplary communication with customers and internally (Sales, Projects, Development);
  • Utilize Freshdesk, Freshcaller, and Jira rigorously and optimally;
  • Resolve tickets as quickly as possible while prioritizing appropriately;
  • Follow up on tickets via email or telephone with customers and internal staff;
  • Participate in assignments or activities entrusted by your manager and management.

Requirements:

  • Italian native speaker;
  • Fluent English;
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
