The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption, onboarding, and long-term satisfaction of Trustfull's SaaS customers. Key responsibilities include proactively engaging with customers to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of the SaaS platform, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and working closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff from the sales process to onboarding and ongoing customer success.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Proactively engage with customers to drive adoption, retention, and expansion of the SaaS platform
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and advocate for their business
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff from the sales process to onboarding and ongoing customer success
  • Onboard new customers, providing training and guidance on how to best utilize the SaaS platform to achieve their desired outcomes
  • Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify opportunities for increased adoption and engagement
  • Identify and address customer concerns or roadblocks, working cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in customer success management in the SaaS industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and proactively
