We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our German, Italian, and US-based team at Markt-Pilot, a fast-growing SaaS start-up. Our innovative software helps leading machine manufacturers increase revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction through market intelligence.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will accompany our customers throughout their entire lifecycle with our Markt-Pilot solutions. Your key responsibilities will include preparing, organizing, and implementing customer workshops, creating and presenting data analyses, supporting team members in data processing, and analyzing potential churn risks.

You will be a co-responsible for deepening our customer relationships and driving upsell opportunities. Your comprehensive onboarding will enable you to start directly and hit the ground running.

A strong customer-orientation, data-driven mindset, and excellent Italian and English language skills are essential for this role. If you are passionate about working with large datasets, Excel spreadsheets, and presentations, and have a strong customer- and data-driven mindset, we encourage you to apply.

  • Prepare, organize, and implement customer workshops
  • Create and present data analyses for customers
  • Support team members in data processing and preparation of customer appointments
  • Analyze potential churn risks and develop strategies for optimization
  • Co-responsible for deepening customer relationships and driving upsell opportunities

At Markt-Pilot, we learn most effectively together on-site 3-4 days a week, with flexible working hours and the option to work hybrid. We offer 30 days of vacation and the chance to grow and develop alongside our rapidly growing B2B SaaS scale-up.
