Your Mission:

As a Customer Success Manager at MARKT-PILOT, you will be responsible for accompanying our customers throughout their entire life cycle with our MARKT-PILOT solutions. This includes preparing, organizing, and implementing customer workshops, creating and presenting data analyses, and supporting other team members in data processing and preparation of customer appointments.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through data-driven insights.
