About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at 3Shape A/S. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving our mission to revolutionize the dental industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding
    • Collaborate with our Customer Support team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new customers.
    • Educate customers on our products and services, and provide them with the necessary resources to get the most out of our solutions.
    • Establish regular communication channels with customers to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs and providing them with tailored solutions.
    • Proactively identify opportunities to expand our customers' use of our products and services, and work closely with our sales team to drive growth.
    • Act as a liaison between our customers and internal teams, ensuring that customer feedback is heard and addressed.
  • Industry Expertise
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the dental industry, and leverage this knowledge to provide expert guidance to our customers.
    • Collaborate with our product development team to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback on customer needs.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 4 years of combined Customer Success and/or B2B sales experience, preferably in the dental industry.
    • Demonstrated expertise in customer relationship management, sales, and marketing.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry Experience
    • Previous experience in the dental industry, preferably in a customer-facing role.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
