About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled AWS Customer Success Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for optimizing business processes, driving customer engagement, and providing strategic support to our AWS business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Scout and onboard new partners through proactive engagement and education.
  2. Design and implement scalable operational processes aligned with TD SYNNEX's platform offerings.
  3. Provide strategic processes and operational support to drive success across the AWS portfolio.
  4. Review existing processes and provide advice on specialized subject areas.
  5. Document all processes to ensure homogeneous and up-to-standard service levels.
Requirements
  1. Project experience in managing customer success software and tools.
  2. Provide quality, personalized customer experiences through effective communication and relationship-building.
  3. 5+ years of experience in the IT industry with channel and/or vendor at a business development level.
  4. Previous experience with AWS or other Hyperscalers is a priority.
  5. AWS Cloud Practitioner Certified is a plus.
  6. English and Italian professional proficiency is a must.
