About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled AWS Customer Success Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for optimizing business processes, customer engagement, and partner training to drive success across the AWS portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scout and onboard new partners through proactive engagement
  • Design and implement scalable region operational processes and monitoring AWS services aligned to TD SYNNEX's platform offerings
  • Provide strategic processes and operational support to drive success across the AWS portfolio
  • Develop intentional end-to-end customer experiences to enable key customer touchpoints
  • Review existing processes and provide advice on specialized subject areas, such as legal guidelines and internal compliance policies
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the IT industry with channel and/or vendor at a business development level
  • Previous experience with AWS or other Hyperscalers is a plus
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner Certified is a plus
  • English and Italian professional proficiency is a MUST
