About the Role
As a pivotal member of the AWS team, the Customer Solutions Manager (CSM) will play a crucial role in guiding clients through their transformative journey to the cloud. This position requires a strategic mindset and the ability to collaborate across various teams to ensure optimal outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
In this highly visible role, you will:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to AWS clients, leveraging your expertise in managing technical change initiatives.
  • Facilitate collaboration among core account teams, including Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with customer milestones.
  • Deliver comprehensive education plans and facilitate key events such as Executive Briefing Sessions and go-live transitions.

Customer-Centric Approach
Your focus will be on enhancing the customer experience by deploying AWS solutions and fostering innovation. You will be dedicated to understanding and addressing customer challenges through creative problem-solving and effective communication.
