About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Customer Solutions Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Customer Solutions team, you will be responsible for guiding our largest and most complex customers through their cloud journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to drive cloud adoption and growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services, to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Translate strategic initiatives into executable actions, working backwards from customer key milestones
  • Execute education plans, roadmap to business outcome alignments, Executive Briefing Sessions, and go-live events and transitions
  • Proactively identify and solve customer challenges through new ideas, tools, and mechanisms
Requirements
  • Strong delivery and change management background
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills
