Enterprise Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at KSearch. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing our company and selling our products and services to global multinational organisations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Forecast business and market needs, operating on a multi-country or multi-product basis.
  • Establish key customer relationships, supported by our customer contact strategy.
  • Understand customer requirements and offer bespoke solutions tailored to their needs.
  • May have line management responsibility or assist in training/coaching.
Business Impact:

This role will have a medium-term business strategy and objectives, with involvement in the formulation and development of future policy. The impact will be primarily short-term, with plans developed over the medium term. You will assess customer relationships and service levels, maintaining a regular senior-level relationship with customers and internally following our customer contact strategy.

Qualifications:
  • Graduate or relevant job experience highly desirable.
  • Significant experience within the sales environment, particularly in solutions sales.
  • Evidence of driving up revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Sound technical understanding of our products and services.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
