About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our ISV sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and accelerating customer adoption of AWS services in the Italian market.
Key Responsibilities- Drive business growth and accelerate customer AWS services adoption
- Negotiate critical relationships and agreements with customers
- Ensure forecast accuracy
- Define and execute against an account business plan, meeting or exceeding quarterly targets
- Articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services and Amazon
- Work with the extended team and partners to extend reach and drive adoption of the ISV business
- Support the team leading cross-territory initiatives to increase sales effectiveness and scale
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Proven track record of driving business growth and accelerating customer adoption
- Experience in selling AWS services and negotiating critical relationships and agreements with customers
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute against an account business plan
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
