About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at AWS Emea Sarl (Italy Branch) as an ISV Sales Account Manager. The ideal candidate will possess both an account management and technology background that enables them to drive engagement at the executive level as well as with software engineers and IT architects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth and accelerate customer AWS services adoption.
  • Negotiate critical relationships and agreements with customers.
  • Ensure forecast accuracy.
  • Define your Business Plan and execute against it, meeting or exceeding your quarterly targets.
  • Articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services and Amazon.
  • Work with the extended team and partners to extend reach drive adoption of the ISV business.
  • Support the team leading cross-territory initiatives to increase our sales effectiveness and scale.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Direct field experience in working with ISVs.
  • Profound insights into the Italian ISV ecosystem, main market stakeholders, and trends.
  • Experience in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology or technical services deals.
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner/Solutions Architect Associate certification.
