Job Title: Senior Account Manager ISV AWS Italy

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our ISV sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and accelerating customer adoption of AWS services in the Italian market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive business growth and accelerate customer AWS services adoption
  • Negotiate critical relationships and agreements with customers
  • Ensure forecast accuracy
  • Define and execute against an account business plan, meeting or exceeding quarterly targets
  • Articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services and Amazon
  • Work with the extended team and partners to extend reach and drive adoption of the ISV business
  • Support the team leading cross-territory initiatives to increase sales effectiveness and scale
  • Ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and accelerating customer adoption
  • Experience in selling AWS services and negotiating critical relationships and agreements with customers
  • Strong business acumen and ability to develop and execute against an account business plan
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
