Position Overview: As a Senior Enterprise Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and influencing the future of Cloud Computing.

Your primary responsibilities will include engaging with clients to enhance customer success and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have the business insight to engage at the executive level, along with a technical sales background that allows for effective communication with software developers and IT architects.

You should be a proactive individual, ready to develop and implement a comprehensive account coverage strategy while consistently achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the segment Manager to define marketing strategies and identify opportunities for business expansion within a designated territory.
  • Create and execute a named account strategy, consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Manage multiple accounts strategically and concurrently.
  • Handle a high volume of customer inquiries effectively.
  • Articulate compelling value propositions related to AWS services.
  • Partner with others to broaden reach and enhance adoption.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Travel regularly within the assigned territory.

Basic Qualifications:

Proven experience in a quota-carrying technology sales role or business development position. Experience coordinating various sales team members dedicated to specific accounts, including Inside Sales, Solution Architects, and Technical Account Managers.

Demonstrated success in driving technology adoption and formulating long-term transformational account strategies. Experience in presenting to C-level executives and other business lines. Proven track record in identifying, developing, negotiating, and closing large-scale technology projects for Enterprise Clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

A technical or educational background in engineering or computer science. Experience in selling cloud solutions and cross-functional selling involving Architects, Sales Engineers, Professional Services, Partners, and ISVs.
