The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our Commercial Cloud team, you will be responsible for enhancing the success of our key accounts with top Italian HQs, leveraging Veeva's Commercial Cloud, Data Cloud, and Business Consulting.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the relationship between Veeva and the account to ensure long-term success
  • Developing and implementing account vision, strategy, and ways of working
  • Serving as the ambassador for the customer within Veeva, focusing on their needs and doing the right thing for them
  • Nurturing relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders across Commercial, Medical, IT, and procurement
  • Protecting and expanding Veeva's footprint through robust daily account management and a strong focus on operational excellence
  • Overseeing and coaching the multi-functional global account team to drive innovation and execution excellence
  • Managing account administration and providing input for accurate forecasting
  • Staying current with industry trends and expanding knowledge of legacy and novel Veeva offerings
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of combined experience in sales and consulting services
  • Experience from the software, consulting, or pharmaceutical marketing agency sectors
  • A deep understanding of the Life Sciences industry and familiarity with digital transformation for Commercial within the sector
  • A proven track record of cultivating multi-layered relationships across multiple functions, including business, IT, and procurement
  • The ability to articulate complex value propositions and benefits realized
  • Organizational skills with the right amount of attention to detail
  • A strong work ethic with the required sense of urgency toward customers' needs
  • The ability to work independently with little need for direct supervision
