About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Customer Success Manager to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for optimizing business processes, customer engagement, and partner training to drive success across the AWS portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Scouting and Onboarding New Partners: Proactively engage with new partners to educate and create adoption, acting as a customer advocate to drive business growth.
  2. Defining and Designing Operational Processes: Own the definition and design of central operations to support TD SYNNEX's AWS business, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with our platform offerings.
  3. Providing Strategic Processes and Operational Support: Drive success across the AWS portfolio by providing strategic processes and operational support, including innovative end-to-end monetization models for products, services, and solutions.
  4. Designing Intentional Customer Experiences: Design an end-to-end customer experience to enable all key customer touchpoints, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  5. Reviewing and Providing Advice: Review existing processes and provide advice on specialized subject areas, such as legal guidelines, internal compliance policies, services, platform support, or others as necessary.
  6. Documenting Processes: Document all processes accordingly, ensuring all necessary procedures and management processes are implemented to guarantee homogeneous and up-to-standard service levels.
  7. Enabling Operations Systems: Act as the business owner for operations system enablement, liaising with platform teams and IT to drive the definition of system requirements, functional specs, and deployment of necessary revenue and pricing processes supporting our solution offering.
Requirements
  1. Project Experience: Manage customer success software and tools, providing quality, personalized customer experiences.
  2. IT Industry Experience: 5+ years of experience in the IT industry with channel and/or vendor at a business development level.
  3. AWS Experience: Previous experiences with AWS or other hyperscalers will be evaluated as a priority.
  4. Certifications: AWS Cloud Practitioner Certified will be a plus.
  5. Language Proficiency: English and Italian professional proficiency is a MUST.
