Position Overview

As a Senior Customer Solutions Manager at AWS EMEA SARL (Italy Branch), you will play a pivotal role in guiding our most significant and intricate customers through their extended journey to cloud adoption.

This prominent position requires you to ensure seamless collaboration among all AWS teams, working collectively to achieve optimal outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be an essential partner to our AWS clientele, utilizing your extensive experience in large-scale transformations to assist customers in navigating their AWS adoption phases. You will guide them through operational, educational, and governance aspects crucial for a successful cloud transition.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with AWS customers and leadership to foster collaboration across core account groups, including Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services.
  • Planning and supporting significant workload migrations, translating strategic initiatives into actionable plans aligned with customer milestones.
  • Executing education strategies, aligning roadmaps with business outcomes, and managing key events such as Executive Briefing Sessions and go-live transitions.
