The Role

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Customer Success Executive to join our Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients
  • Onboarding new corporate clients to ensure a seamless experience
  • Crafting high-level onboarding documentation and training materials
  • Identifying client growth opportunities and hitting upselling targets
  • Monitoring and reporting existing and potential threats to maintain our 0 churn rate
  • Defining Quarterly OKRs with the Customer Success Team Lead
  • Collaborating with the Sales Team in a positive feedback loop
  • Proposing actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve internal processes and enhance growth

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in English and German
  • 1+ year experience in a B2B account management or customer success role
  • Hunger for challenges and a willingness to learn
  • Proactivity and a passion for proposing value-creating solutions
  • Flexibility in a fast-changing environment
