The Role
We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Customer Success Executive to join our Sales Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients
- Onboarding new corporate clients to ensure a seamless experience
- Crafting high-level onboarding documentation and training materials
- Identifying client growth opportunities and hitting upselling targets
- Monitoring and reporting existing and potential threats to maintain our 0 churn rate
- Defining Quarterly OKRs with the Customer Success Team Lead
- Collaborating with the Sales Team in a positive feedback loop
- Proposing actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve internal processes and enhance growth
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in English and German
- 1+ year experience in a B2B account management or customer success role
- Hunger for challenges and a willingness to learn
- Proactivity and a passion for proposing value-creating solutions
- Flexibility in a fast-changing environment
