About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Ogury. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for partnering with clients to determine their campaign objectives and crafting insights-driven RFP responses.

  • Collaborate with Sales to develop client-centric solutions and drive campaign success.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless execution and timely deliverables.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive retention and growth.
  • Identify upselling opportunities and work closely with Sales to drive incremental revenue.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and showcase mobile marketing expertise.
About You:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with experience in Account Management, Media Planning, Digital Media, and/or Client Services. You should have a proven understanding of digital media, managed and programmatic campaigns, and excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude, with a collaborative spirit and strong working relationships.
  • Preferred but not required: Experience with 3rd party reporting, ad serving, and reporting systems, as well as knowledge of DSP platforms and buying models.
