Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to lead the post-sale engagement, retention, and growth of our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the expansion of our customers and identifying new revenue opportunities
  • Building and fostering relationships with decision-makers in business, product, engineering, finance, and IT departments
  • Formulating customer success plans, including KPIs and objectives
  • Leading customer governance, including regular business reviews and service problem management
  • Providing customer service and advocating for the customer's needs within our organization
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5 years' higher education in business or a related field
  • 2-3 years' experience in customer account management with a commercial dimension
  • Fluent English and French, with excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and active listening skills
  • Good skills in communication and teamwork
