**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our Sales Team at BizAway. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and success for our existing and new corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Onboard new corporate clients, ensuring they are fully integrated and utilizing our platform to its full potential.
  • Craft high-level onboarding documentation, including user guides, videos, and training materials.
  • Monitor and report on client growth opportunities, threats, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Team Lead to define Quarterly OKRs and develop strategies for achieving them.
  • Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure a positive feedback loop and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to enhance growth and internal processes.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and German.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a B2B account management or customer success role.
  • Hunger for challenges and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Proactivity and a willingness to propose value-creating solutions.
  • Flexibility and comfort working in a fast-changing environment.

  • Previous experience in fast-growing start-ups.
  • Additional language skills are a plus.
