- Accompany our customers throughout their entire life cycle, providing expert guidance and support.

- Support the team in data processing and preparation of customer appointments, ensuring timely and accurate information.

What We're Looking For:
- Reliability and confidence in dealing with customers.
- Absolute customer orientation and a service-oriented mindset.
- Experience working with large datasets, Excel spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Ability to convey complex processes in a simple manner and possess a strong customer- and data-driven mindset.
- Master's degree or equivalent qualification in a technical or business-related field.
- Excellent Italian and English language skills.
