At Dailymotion Exchange, we are seeking a talented Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success & Account Management team. This role will serve as a key point-of-contact for advertisers and agencies, handling all campaign-related inquiries from start to finish.

Your primary objectives will include client conversion and retention. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to RFPs and client inquiries in collaboration with Sales, AdOps, and Marketing teams
  • Identifying opportunities for key accounts and developing strong advertising recommendations to meet client needs and objectives
  • Expanding and developing client relationships, including client retention, growth, renewal, and satisfaction
  • Conducting in-depth analysis of campaign performances and developing actionable insights/recommendations for future campaigns in post-campaign reports
  • Collaborating with AdOps to ensure campaign delivery and with Sales Marketing to build effective media and insights solutions

Our ideal candidate will possess at least 1 year of experience in adtech, media agency, or saleshouse, with a strong understanding of programmatic and digital advertising ecosystem. They should be fluent in English and Italian, possess solid computer skills, and be able to handle multiple priorities. Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to function independently and as part of a team.
