Customer Success in the Cloud

We are seeking an experienced SaaS Customer Success professional to oversee the adoption and satisfaction of our cloud-based solutions. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide guidance on how to best leverage our platform to achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Proactively engage with customers to drive adoption and retention of our SaaS platform
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, becoming a trusted advisor and advocate for their business
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff from the sales process to onboarding and ongoing customer success
  • Develop and implement customer onboarding and training programs to ensure successful implementation of our SaaS platform
  • Monitor and analyze customer usage data to identify opportunities for increased adoption and engagement
  • Identify and address customer concerns or roadblocks, working cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Serve as a voice of the customer within the company, providing feedback and insights to help drive product enhancements and improvements
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in customer success management in the SaaS industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong customer relationships
  • Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to understand and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and proactively
  • Experience with customer onboarding and training
  • Knowledge of software-as-a-service and cloud-based solutions
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Fluent English both spoken and written
