Position Overview

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Wellbeing and Engagement Specialist to enhance our employee experience in Treviso. This role is pivotal in cultivating a vibrant workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion. You will collaborate with various departments and senior management to facilitate effective communication, encourage employee participation, and nurture a positive organizational atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Initiatives:
• Design and implement global DE&I programs, identifying opportunities and managing stakeholder engagement across leadership.
• Facilitate DE&I workshops and organize events featuring both internal and external speakers.
• Communicate DE&I initiatives and employee welfare programs effectively.

Employee Engagement Strategies:
• Create and execute initiatives such as internal events, wellbeing activities, and volunteering opportunities to boost employee engagement and foster a sense of belonging, focusing on People Sustainability Projects.
• Ensure an exceptional employee experience by organizing events and providing necessary resources (e.g., onboarding processes).
• Coordinate employee surveys and feedback mechanisms to gather insights and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

Internal Communication Development:
• Develop and implement a cohesive internal communication strategy that effectively reaches key audiences globally while allowing for local customization.
• Produce engaging content for various internal communication platforms, including videos and town halls, in collaboration with HR and global leadership.

How to Achieve Success:
• Maintain ongoing dialogue with Global HR Communities to ensure the successful implementation of group initiatives in local markets.
• Establish metrics and monitoring plans to assess the impact on business performance.
• Manage daily interactions with vendors providing essential services.
• Conduct benchmarking of industry trends and tools.

Candidate Profile:
You are an ideal candidate if you possess:
• A Master's degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building abilities with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficient project management and planning skills.
• Advanced digital communication skills across various platforms.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to assess information objectively and make informed decisions.
