About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Wellbeing and Engagement Specialist to become a vital part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing employee engagement and nurturing a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture. You will collaborate closely with various departments and senior leadership to ensure effective communication, inspire employee participation, and cultivate a positive work atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion:
• Design and implement comprehensive Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives by identifying opportunities and establishing an effective stakeholder management strategy, engaging key stakeholders across global leadership around the DE&I roadmap.
• Facilitate employee engagement through DE&I workshops and organize events featuring both internal and external speakers.
• Communicate DE&I initiatives and wellness programs effectively.

Employee Engagement:
• Develop and execute initiatives (such as internal events, wellness activities, and volunteering days) aimed at enhancing employee engagement and fostering a sense of belonging, with a particular focus on People Sustainability Projects.
• Ensure an exceptional employee experience by organizing events and providing essential tools (e.g., Onboarding).
• Coordinate employee surveys and listening initiatives to gather insights and identify areas for enhancement.

Internal Communication:
• Develop and implement a cohesive internal communication strategy that effectively reaches key audiences globally while allowing for local input, customization, and integration of messages across appropriate channels.
• Create engaging content for various internal communication platforms, including videos and town halls, in collaboration with HR and global leadership.

Implementation Strategies:
• Facilitate ongoing dialogue with Global HR Communities to ensure the successful implementation of Group projects in local markets.
• Establish metrics and monitoring plans to demonstrate the impact of initiatives on improving business performance.
• Manage daily relationships with vendors providing essential services.
• Conduct benchmarking of key trends and tools.

Candidate Profile:
You are an ideal candidate if you possess:
• A Master’s degree in Business, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of relevant experience in the HR domain.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills.
• The ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong project management capabilities and planning techniques.
• Proficiency in a wide range of digital communication tools for online interactions.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Critical thinking and business acumen: the ability to analyze information objectively and draw reasonable conclusions to solve problems or make informed decisions.
