Jewelry Store Manager Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join our team in Florence, Italy.
Main Responsibilities:
- Leading Sales Team: Hire, train, and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Managing Inventory: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and maintain inventory control to prevent losses.
- Merchandising and Visuals: Design and execute effective visual merchandising displays to showcase jewelry and drive sales.
- Financial Management: Handle cash transactions, manage daily finances, and report on sales and expenses.
Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Store Manager in a luxury retail environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluent Italian and English language proficiency
Paid Benefits:
A competitive annual salary ranging from €50,000 to €60,000, based on qualifications and experience, along with additional perks such as paid vacation days and medical coverage.
