Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Chiesi Group. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead the quality assurance function for our respiratory products.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the development and implementation of quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and regulatory affairs, to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of international pharmaceutical legislation, including CFR tit21 and European directives, as well as international regulatory references (FDA, EMEA, ICH).
  • Evaluate data and define corrective actions to ensure the integrity of our products and processes.
  • Prepare and review validation documents, change control records, and other quality-related documentation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in quality assurance in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • A degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, CTF, Biotechnology, Biology, or equivalent.
  • Excellent knowledge of international pharmaceutical legislation, GMP regulations, and quality management principles.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent knowledge of English, with proficiency in French considered a plus.
