We are seeking an experienced Electrification Expert to join our team at ABB Schweiz AG as a Product Manager. This role offers the opportunity to drive business growth and develop innovative products that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Job Overview: In this role, you will be responsible for implementing product marketing strategies across various countries in Europe, focusing on specific segments within the electrical distribution market. You will work closely with local sales organizations and customers to understand their needs, analyze market trends, and develop targeted marketing actions to achieve profitable growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market product marketing strategies for assigned products, aligning with the global product marketing strategy.
  • Analyze customer needs and competitor offerings through market research and collaboration with local sales teams.
  • Create effective marketing materials and campaigns to engage customers and promote products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans and activities.
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, energy, electrical, or industrial fields.
  • Proven experience in product management, marketing, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a multicultural team environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

Salary Estimate: Based on industry standards and market conditions, we estimate the salary range for this role to be around CHF 80,000 - CHF 110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
