About the Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for driving the sales strategy and execution for NTT DATA's Managed Services portfolio. The successful candidate will lead a team of sales directors to achieve sales targets and profit margins.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share.
  • Lead a team of sales directors to achieve sales targets and profit margins.
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
  • Develop and ensure the execution of the sales strategy by making decisions that influence people, process, and technology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of the IT industry and Managed Services.
  • Substantial management and leadership experience.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders at different levels.
  • Significant business financial skills.
  • Significant business negotiation skills, influence, conflict resolution, and political savvy.
