As our Front Office (Community) Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire front-of-house operation, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience.
Your role will involve working closely with the Front of House Manager, Hotel Manager, and community hosts to maintain the highest standards of service excellence. You will be responsible for resolving guest complaints, handling inventory management, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. They will have at least 1 year of hotel experience or team leading experience, and be fluent in English.
